Systematic Kinesiology

At a deep subconscious level your body knows exactly what it needs to be healthy.

My role is to listen to what your body is telling me.

Kinesiology enables you to bypass your conscious mind and let the body do the talking.

Using 'muscle testing' to access information from the subconscious mind, Kinesiology enables the practitioner to bring about health and wellbeing.

As a form of health care, it incorporates the best of the Eastern and Western approaches to health. It helps unblock energy blockages, allowing our energy to flow healthily throughout our body.

In fact, the health of our body reflects the health and flow of our energies. This means that sickness shows up in our energies before it manifests in physical symptoms. This is why energy balancing, such as Chakra and Meridian work, are integral to my work.

Kinesiology acknowledges that symptoms like pain, fatigue, fluid retention etc. are only the outward manifestation of an underlying body system malfunction.

Although symptoms are unpleasant, they are the body's way of telling us something is wrong.

To disregard them is to ignore a warning.

Although most of us only prioritize our health once we're suffering from ill health, preventative health care is an ancient practice. The Western approach of waiting for someone to manifest sickness before intervention seems illogical by comparison. There is great wisdom in treating a disturbance in the energy system than to wait until it has progressed into a physical symptom that is way more problematic to live with as well as to treat.

In fact, one of the many wonders of Kinesiology is that it can discover and treat issues before they become pathological.

So although Kinesiology is so effective at addressing your current health concerns, the best time to have a treatment is really when you are feeling ‘well’. This is because I can help detect sub-clinical issues and imbalances before you get symptoms. Therefore the truly preventative health benefits of Kinesiology are felt with a greater sense of wellbeing.

History of Systematic Kinesiology

In 1964, Dr. George Goodheart, D.C., discovered the principles of what he called ‘Applied Kinesiology’ which uses specific muscle tests in order to ‘read’ the unseen energies, conditions, and activities of the body. Rarely in history does a person discover such a powerful truth that it opens up an effective way to help everyone to achieve improved health and well-being. Dr. Goodheart achieved this.

The brain sends signals to every part of the body via the spinal cord which control every function. Between each vertebra of the spine, there is a bony passageway called the Inter-Vertebral Foramina (IVF), through which spinal nerve impulses and other unseen energies flow to all organs, muscles and limbs of the body.

Electrical impulses in the Nerves have been known, measured, and observed universally by doctors and practitioners of all branches of medicine for many years. Dr. Goodheart identified an additional four types of energy flows previously unknown to health practitioners: Cerebrospinal Fluid (CSF), Acupuncture Meridian Connector (AMC), Neuro- Vascular (NV), Neuro-Lymphatic (NL).

In 1980, Brian H. Butler B.A., D.O., F.A.S.K., formulated the unique new concept of MCPE Systematic Kinesiology (SK)

MCPE makes Systematic Kinesiology© Unique

SK uniquely addresses all aspects of a person simultaneously. The Mental, Chemical, Physical, and Energetical aspects (MCPE).

The ‘YinYang’ symbol in the centre represents the Divine LifeForce which enlivens the mind and every breath and heartbeat from birth to death.

SK practitioners use MCPE and all seven factors of the Inter-Vertebral Foramina (IVF) pathway energies:

  1. Nerve(N) - The electrical impulses that control body functions.

  2. Neuro-Vascular (NV) - impulses that control blood flow.

  3. Neuro-Lymphatic(NL) - impulses that control lymphatic fluid flow that feeds and cleans

    all tissue.

  4. AcupunctureMeridianConnector(AMC) - sends impulses to specific meridians.

  5. Cerebro-SpinalFluid(CSF) - Carries complex signals from the brain that control the

    functions of the body.

  6. Nutrition - sends signals to control digestion and the distribution of nutrients to the

    whole body.

  7. Emotions - affect the mental, chemical and physical aspects either to the detriment, or to the benefit of a person. M.C.P. E. ‘balancing’ effectively helps restore emotional calm and mental strength.

Benefits of Systematic Kinesiology©

MCPE Systematic Kinesiology© testing provides the feedback that enables a TASK trained practitioner to address all conditions of the unique whole person simultaneously; to make a complete examination; and to decide on appropriate treatments based on the feedback information testing the client produces rather than of their own opinion. All

SK practitioners offer sessions in MCPE Systematic Kinesiology which is unique among complementary modalities.

The use of the amazing tool of gentle, expert muscle testing, taps into the mental/emotions, biochemistry, physical structure, and energetic aspects of the body. In this way, the client’s own body reveals the imbalances that need correcting. Everyone is different. This is why in the field of health care, a particular modality may work for some people, and not others.

With The Academy of Systematic Kinesiology (TASK) qualified practitioners, their experience and skill is in knowing what to look for, and where to look. MCPE Kinesiology takes the guesswork out of healthcare. When imbalances are corrected, clients usually experience a sense of relief and a profound improvement in their sense of well-being. Please watch our video on muscle testing.

With Systematic Kinesiology MCPE muscle testing, it is possible to address the condition of the whole person rather than just the symptoms. This is important, as quite often, the root of a problem is not where the pain, discomfort, or symptoms lie. For example, Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS) could be an emotional issue/stress, and/or a food sensitivity, a physical malfunction of the Ileo Caecal Valve or a combination of all three.

Frequent infections could be due to underlying hormonal imbalances, or a lack of certain nutrients and/or stress. A structural/painful issue in the lower back maybe caused by straining to lift heavy objects, an inappropriate sleeping position, and/or an imbalance in the intestines. Headaches may originate from eating certain foods, or a structural jaw imbalance, or neck muscle tension, and so on.

Here are some common conditions that you may be suffering from which may be resolved, using MCPE Kinesiology techniques, especially when coupled with some minor changes in lifestyle.

Neck and Back pain
Food Sensitivity and Allergy Testing
Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS)
Undesired Weight Loss or Gain Headaches/Migraines
Depression/Anxiety
Muscle and/or Joint pain
Tired all the time, or chronic fatigue syndrome. Frequent infections/illnesses
Fears and Phobias/Emotional/Behavioral Issues Hormonal/Fertility issues

Most clients feel benefits even after the first consultation and treatment. Depending on

the reasons for clients attending a series of treatments, they may expect to experience good results and major changes after three to four sessions. Regular Systematic Kinesiology sessions are an important factor in the prevention of health problems, and the maintenance of good health.

“The doctor of the future will give no medication but will interest his patients in the care of the human frame, diet and in the cause and prevention of disease.

Thomas A. Edison 1847-1931
