Do you know how powerful you are?

These are incredibly challenging times therefore I am delighted to be able to continue helping my clients through and out the other side of their emotional pain.

We can’t always control or change our circumstances, although we can be empowered to change the way we think.

As Wayne Dyer once said:

Change the way you look at things and the things that you look at change.

We can stay in the now and choose our response to experiences rather than allow an unconscious knee jerk reaction which can often be negative.

It is useful to remember this:

We are all powerful spiritual beings having a physical experience.

All dis-ease begins in the soul.

If we want to feel good and get healthy, we need to align all of our powers. Harnessing our inner power has the capacity to do great things. And the belief in that makes it so.

We can retrain our brains to be mindful, to be aware, to release pain, and to create a vibration of health versus a vibration of dis-ease: with meditation, intentions, visualisations and mindfulness.

We can put our body, mind and emotions in a place of at-ease, through mediation, visualisation, exercise, being in nature and eating properly.

Your life will change if you do this. But it requires practice.

Systematic Kinesiology can address emotional balance, rationale, moods, anger, fear, grief, understanding, negative habits and behaviours, anxiety and depression.

Transformational Kinesiology can address all of the above, plus healing of the soul.

My clinic is now open, but I am also so deeply thankful that I can still work remotely.

Whether you seek treatment for emotional or physical pain or whether you are looking for soul or spiritual healing, or simply some clear guidance on diet and nutrition or on what supplements you should be taking, please get in touch and together we can create a health ‘road map’ for you.
